A training centre has been set up where airport workers from hundreds of companies can gain new skills.
Gatwick's owner and operator, the British Airports Authority, has set up a training centre where staff from more than 300 firms based at the airport can be trained.
The centre, at Ashdown House, is open five days a week and will be used to hold seminars and presentations.
Centre manager Carolynn Jones said: "The centre will offer training which is directly in response to employers' needs and to cover all levels of training from basic entry to senior management."
