Your Comment column said it was "good news" at least 40 per cent of the new homes to be built in Brighton as part of the Circus Street regeneration will be classed as affordable (The Argus, December 1).
Presumably, this means 60 per cent will be unaffordable.
Therefore, is this really good news?
