A new web site has been launched for a project which supports both walkers and the rural economy.
Tourists and local ramblers can now enjoy dozens of walks which link up with rural businesses such as hotels and bed and breakfasts, pubs, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, thanks to East Sussex County Council's Paths to Prosperity project.
People can log on to the site and find information about 31 circular walks.
That number will rise to 48 by March next year. It includes an interactive map of the county and a search facility which grades walks by length and difficulty and links people to businesses along the route of each walk.
The web site address is frs.accesseastsussex.org/pathstoprosperity/ .
