I hope the football stadium won't be built at Falmer. Lewes District Council's decision is the right one.
Nor do I think there is the vast majority in favour of the stadium.
If it's built, I think the club should offer something to the people it will inevitably disturb, in the same way large supermarkets and building firms do.
I would suggest a safer junction for pedestrians and motorists at the Downs Hotel, as increased use by lorries, coaches and other site traffic will make this crossroads even more dangerous.
Falmer village might also have a few suggestions.
