So Lewes MP Norman Baker finds it "outrageous" that John Prescott should attend a match at Withdean with his football team and accept the standard hospitality given to visiting directors and VIPs.
I find it similarly outrageous that a local MP should seek to make cheap political capital out of this event and use valuable parliamentary time to seek an Early Day Motion about the Falmer stadium.
As a Lib-Dem voter for many years, I am glad not to have Mr Baker in my constituency and feel so strongly about this that I shall not vote again locally or nationally for his party until he has resigned (or been removed) from his privileged position.
Hopefully others in Lewes and surrounding areas will feel the same.
