Preston has avoided being nominated for eviction after his first week in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Tabloid pin-up Jodie Marsh, controversial MP George Galloway and 80s pop star Pete Burns are instead up for the vote.
The singer from Worthing was in the middle of the action on Monday night.
As object of both Marsh's and promotions girl Chantelle Houghton's affections, Preston found both girls in his bed.
After being rejected, Marsh was then groped by ex-basketball star Dennis Rodman.
Galloway and actress Rula Lenska have complained that sex is rarely off the menu for discussion in the house.
However, Preston, whose chosen charity is the St Patrick's homeless shelter in Hove, has otherwise remained unscathed and has been labelled the house "peacemaker".
