Recent horrific events in the news have urged me to write to you to express my feelings which, I am sure, represent the feelings of many others in the country.
The events I refer to are the shocking rape of a three-year-old girl and the unbelievably disgusting rape of a 12-week-old baby by her babysitters.
I have absolutely no doubt we are living in a sick world but these incidents have revolted me beyond anything I have heard before.
It makes me feel the people who commit these abhorrent acts on young and defenceless children don't deserve a place in this world, certainly not in prison at our expense.
We must bring back the death penalty for these perverts and rid this world of them for good.
And if anyone asks, "Who would be willing to hang them or inject the fatal dose?", then I would be at the front of, what I suspect, would be a long queue.
