There seem to be quite a number of planning issues at present regarding incinerators, a football stadium and sewage works.
However, I think I've come up with the ideal solution.
Why not build the football stadium at Newhaven and amalgamate the incinerator and sewage works and place them at Falmer? There, problem solved. Up the Albion!
