Your report (The Argus, January 20) indicated a total of 280 flats would be available as low-cost homes at the proposed Karis redevelopment of the King Alfred site.
Of the 754 units being built, these 280 represent just 37 per cent of the total, as the city council's requirement is that 40 per cent (or 302 units) should be "affordable".
I was wondering where the remaining 22 low-cost homes have gone? I think we should be told, don't you?
