BBC Radio job doctor Andrew Kaltz has led a management buyout of Brighton-based job agency First Recruitment Services.
A new company, to be called First Recruitment Services Holding, has been set up to facilitate the changes. Kaltz will be the managing director of the new organisation, which will be worth about £6 million.
He will be joined by Simon Galvin and Tricia Morris in the management team.
First Recruitment Services, in Bond Street, has almost doubled its turnover in the last three years and now has nine branches across the South-East.
