Is it fair to say that, if I get caught short on my local bus journey when the bus is running early and the driver is stopping anyway, I should be allowed off the bus to use a toilet while the driver and passengers wait patiently for my return?
Or could Roger French reveal whether this only in special circumstances? If so, what are they?
