Should Brighton and Hove City Council's planning committee overturn the recommendations of the planning department tomorrow, Kingsway, Hove, will be decimated.
Three oversized buildings have been proposed and rejected by the planning department. Now councillors must decide. But beware developers don't usually waste their money on fanciful proposals.
We won't be fooled, now, will we? The planning committee meets at Hove Town Hall at 2pm.
