Regarding your headline (The Argus, February 20) "King Alfred key to city investment" - what a load of rubbish. If developers are going to be worried by the rejection of planning submissions, the damage has already been done by the rejection of the marina plans.
It was touching to see the picture of Simon Fanshawe looking to the future from a window. He does not have the privilege of living in Kingsway, Hove, where views will be overshadowed by a monstrosity, if Mr Gehry gets his way.
