A business has chosen to raise £15,000 for a neighbouring homeless charity over the coming year.
MGM Assurance in Heene Road, Worthing, hopes to raise the cash for Worthing Churches' Homeless Projects so it can rebuild a recreation room in nearby accommodation.
The insurance company has provided activity days for people who use the charity and redecorated some of the buildings over the past two years. It has already donated £3,000.
Chief executive Gerard Healy said: "Our community service scheme allows for staff to use four working days each year to volunteer with a variety of local charities and schools. Many of our staff choose to support this charity and we're eager to help in other ways."
Tony Chasteauneuf, of the charity, said: "We're thrilled they have chosen to support us by raising the money to rebuild the recreation room at our Stepping Stones Project.
"Stepping Stones is within sight of MGM House and this has given a unique opportunity for a special relationship to develop."
