Following on from recent letters about water bills and hosepipe bans, my question is: Why on Earth doesn't the Government get involved by insisting the manufacturers of toilet cisterns offer us a twoflush system?
You know what I mean, a small flush and a bigger flush.
Also, local councils should offer help or advice to those who can accommodate a water butt in their gardens.
