The National Lottery makes vast amounts of money and, although it has a "good causes" fund, still not enough is being done.
The number of nursing homes, hospitals and care units on the brink of closing due to financial reasons is very worrying.
The money needs to be distributed more evenly.
Let's get our priorities right.
