We have one wheelie bin and we're not allowed to overflow it - the lid has to be closed. The rest of our rubbish has to be sorted and recycled or we have to dispose of it ourselves.
We have to wash cans and sort the rubbish - we might as well take it to the dustcarts as well and make the dustmen redundant.
We have to pay £120 a month council tax and all we get for that is rubbish collection. Yet if we miss a couple of payments, Brighton and Hove City Council takes us to court and we have to pay another £42 costs.
The council gets 99 per cent profit on recycling but they don't take it off our bills. Where does all the money go?
