How can combining Sussex and Surrey police forces improve the situation here in Brighton and Hove?
We don't see police on the beat (This used to be very reassuring).
They are always in cars, sirens screaming, letting villains know they are on the way.
Community police also seem short on the ground.
I don't understand the logic behind this move.
Call me a pessimist but I feel it will make a bad situation worse.
