Banned footage of a horrific boxing match which left one fighter irreparably brain-damaged is to be shown again on the internet.

Images of the 1991 fight between Chris Eubank, who lives in Hove, and Michael Watson, which left Watson in a coma, will be available from next week to download from Eubank's web site for £1.50 per round.

The two boxers, who became close friends following the fight, will share the proceeds.

ITV, which originally broadcast the match, has never allowed the images of the fight to be shown again.

An uppercut by Eubank to Watson's head in the 12th round caused a blood clot which, by the time it was removed, had caused serious brain damage which left Watson paralysed.

He made an incredible recovery and walked the London Marathon in six days in 2003, met at the finishing line by Eubank.
