So, Gordon Brown has donated £8.5 billion over the next ten years to educate children in less well-off countries.
He says it will only cost each person two pence. Well, if that is the case, why couldn't he find money to fund an increase in the old age pension or for cancer drugs which are denied to many women because of the cost.
Sorry as I am for the children of South Africa and other countries, when are politicians going to put the needs of the people of this country first?
