This country is a real rip-off. I am charged for water I cannot have but there is no choice as to whether or not I pay.
Isn't it about time the masses rose up and demanded a refund? There's not enough water on the land and too much in the sea, the coast is being eaten away, so why doesn't common sense dictate desalination should be happening now?
It would provide us with the water we need and help save the coastline at the same time.
