I read Alan Pipe's and Paul Martin's comments (Letters, April 12 and April 16) about a club night for older people with great interest, because I'm already doing it.
I started Club 30-69, the first club night in Brighton for older people, last September.
Personally I like soul and reggae, but I know loads of people out there, like Alan Pipe, in their 30s and 40s love the old electro stuff.
I'll be in touch with Paul Martin because I would love to promote a night like that or combine it with what I'm already doing.
By a happy coincidence, the next Club 30-69 is tonight, April 19, upstairs at the Prince Albert in Trafalgar Street, Brighton.
It's from 8-12pm and entry is free (NUS £5). Any DJs or bands who would be interested in playing for an older crowd, contact me on 07795-064661 or email me at ggbpromo@hotmail.co.uk.
