I am shocked Brighton and Hove City Council will not allow a naked line dancing club at the old ABC cinema in East Street.
If people want to disrobe and shake their stuff to Billy Ray Cyrus or Shania Twain then they should be fully entitled to...
Oh, LAP dancing. Well, of course, the council should consider this as well.
