Tim Hodges is confused about why a stadium at Falmer is anything to do with anybody not living in Brighton (Letters, April 24).
Some of us are equally confused about why people not living in Brighton should have to deal with Brighton's sewage and rubbish.
Maybe we should be looking for a compromise site which can have Brighton's sewage, rubbish and stadium all in one place?
Since incinerators aren't good enough for Brighton (and why should they be, they are the wrong answer), why not heat the stadium from methane gathered from composted rubbish and sewage?
There might be enough energy left over to power the neighbourhood... wherever it ends up being.
