The BBC2 problems described by Bobbie Osterley (Letters, April 26) also affect De Montfort Road.
Bobbie did not say which transmitter the aerial receives signals from (ours is from the Theobald House booster).

The website has a complaints form, which I completed... though I declined to agree to pay a possible £50 or more. The acknowledgement page disappeared without warning on pressing the "print this page" icon, so Ofcom does not realise not everyone uses Internet Explorer on a PC to access their website.
