Irrespective of the excellent publicity the bull on the roof of the new Spanish restaurant, Pintxo People, Western Road, Brighton, has managed to generate in the past three months, Brighton and Hove City Council has seen fit to put an end to what is obviously a harmless bit of fun.
Unlike some of the more dubious happenings which are allowed to take place in and around the city, here we have effort being made to amuse visitors and locals alike.
I'm sorry, but it does beg the comment, "what a lot of old bull".
