Why is it for the umpteenth year we regular Waterhall park users are prevented from doing so by dozens of caravans, horses and quad bikes.

Earth banks have been built but to no avail, as these people gain access through the main gates.

Once the caravans arrive, the occupants carry out daily activities, returning to dump their waste and rubbish, including human excrement, in the surrounding bushes.

and, when they do decide to leave, it is us who pick up the bill for cleaning up but, never mind, it's only a few hundred more on the parking fines.

O, for a change of administration.

Labour in opposition were superb but in power?
