Your critic's slightly sniffy review of Dancing Queen at the Theatre Royal (The Argus, July 19) should not put anyone off.

Did he/she actually see the show before writing?

Monday night was steaming hot but the cast gave it their everything and had the audience - lots of youngsters as well as grey-top Abba fans - dancing in the aisles and yelling for more.

The choreography, costumes and the principal singers were excellent but I couldn't take my eyes off the chorus girl with wild short blond hair who seemed to be having the time of her life.

As an occasional theatre-goer, I'd say don't miss this one.
