A road was closed for almost eight hours following a bus crash.
The bus driver has been taken to hospital after the Fastway bus he was driving collided into a large tree.
The man, believed to be in his fifties, was removed from the cab on a spineboard by paramedics and firefighters after the tree fell on top of the bus.
He went to New East Surrey Hospital with a suspected leg fracture.
No passengers were on the single-decker bus at the time of the accident in Radford Road, Crawley at around 10.15am today.
Power supply to nearby properties were affected after the collision damaged power lines.
The road opened again at around 6pm tonight.
