A woman who won more than £2 million on the National Lottery can't get enough of the game and still plays every week.

Diane Robson, from Eastbourne, who won £2.4 million in 2007, says the excitement of the draw keeps her playing.

About 18 months after her big win she scooped £76 after matching four numbers and two weeks ago matched another four numbers and won £49.

She said: "Even if it is a tenner, I still get just as excited checking the numbers.

"I go to a few special occasions for lottery winners and have talked to them about it and we all still do it."

Mrs Robson buys lucky dip tickets for the Wednesday and Saturday night draws.

She said: "I know quite a few people who only play it occasionally and get quite upset that they don't win.

"But I played it for 12 years before I won anything.

"You don't ever think it will happen to you so it is a shock if you win.

"But if you don't buy a ticket you're not going to win it."

After winning a share in the jackpot Mrs Robson gave up her part-time job selling wedding dresses.

She said: "My lifestyle has obviously changed to a certain extent, but I don't go mad."

She will join many other lottery hopefuls by buying a ticket for tonight's Lotto Triple Rollover, only the fifth one in the National Lottery s 15-year history.
