Bobbito Garcia is one for the hip hop fans who love the fashion as much as the music. As well as being a DJ, member of Rock Steady Crew and head of Fodle Em records, Bobbito is the editor of Bounce Street Basketball magazine and has designed for Nike and Pro-Keds.
The Latino is regularly quoted as being one of the hardest working men in hip hop, and it was through his legendary Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito radio show that he introduced the world to Wu Tang Clan, Nas, Busta Rhymes, DMX and Notorious B.I.G.
They provide the backbone to his sets but it often sounds like an ode to his native Harlem, with music from across the ages normally featuring Latin, jazz, Afro and soul, as well as hip hop.
