A man has been charged with causing a woman's death in a motorway crash near Crawley.
Benjamin Borrego, 26, of Balcombe Road, Crawley, is due to appear in court on Thursday accused of causing death by dangerous driving on the M23 near Crawley last year.
Debbie Bishop, 49, from Crawley, died in hospital after her Vauxhall Corsa was in collision with a Range Rover near junction 10 on September 7.
Borrego has been released on bail until Thursday's hearing at Crawley Magistrates' Court.
