Protesters took to the streets to call for the legalisation of cannabis.
About 200 people marched from Victoria Gardens in Brighton to Preston Park today.
Sussex Police said the event passed peacefully.
One person was arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug and one on suspicion of possessing a class B drug. A third was issued with a cannabis warning.
