A parked van is believed to have been set alight deliberately.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to the blaze in Stephenson Way, Crawley, at about 1.10am this morning.
Fire crews from Crawley had to remove and cool down a cylinder from the "commercial van" and used foam to put out the fire. Crews returned to the site at about 7.30am to re-inspect the fire.
