Brian Hart’s 21st century Brighton Main Line Two (BML2) railway proposals will hopefully interest all transport planners across the South (The Argus, April 27).
The plan should open up the whole South Coast because Brighton Station will not only have to reinstate platform nine, but this new main line will encourage restoration of direct intercity coastal services, opening up the whole economy of Southern England for future generations.
