The Greens are hoping to secure their first seat in the election in Brighton Pavilion. I would appeal to all those who are thinking of voting Green to vote Labour. A vote for the Greens makes it more likely the Conservatives will push through the middle and win. Labour have achieved much in Brighton: a new childrens’ hospital, the regeneration of our seafront and Sure Start centres for families are a few of many local achievements.
Green voters – please don’t risk your vote, look again at Labour’s positive policies and its commitment to the environment. If you vote Green, Brighton will go blue. Do you really want that?
