Firefighters were called to a family home after they smelled gas in one of the bedrooms.
The West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service crew was called to Forest Road, Horsham, at about 9pm yesterday.
They used a special gas monitor from their vehicle and a thermal imaging camera but could not detect any gas. The smell eventually dissipated.
