An extra Brian Eno event will open today.
Brighton Festival’s guest artistic director has created an additional piece of work for this year’s programme.
The Speaker Flower Sound Installation will take place at Marlborough House in the Old Steine, Brighton, throughout the festival.
The Grade I listed building will feature 50 speakers, designed by Eno to resemble flowers, which will be spread across five rooms playing music specially composed in response to the building.
Entry will be restricted to 60 people at a time due to health and safety and to allow people to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the experience.
The free event will take place between midday and 6pm.
