Police officers being sent into pubs and nightclubs to find drunks and send them home before they go on to commit serious acts of anti-social behaviour and violence is a very good idea (The Argus, May 1) and should, I think, be extended to all areas where trouble is known to break out We have seen alcohol-related trouble in Worthing, Brighton and Hove fall by a substantial amount compared with last year due to these visits by police officers.
This is a great initiative.
