Further to the letter regarding the Hanover and Elm Grove residents’ parking scheme: I agree that it is imperative that everybody votes against this proposterous scheme.
However, I do know of several households who have not even received their questionnaires. Please, if you have not received the necessary paperwork, contact the council immediately. The votes have to be in by May 28.
