Sue Hoad emails: “I’m looking for information on Percy Ingram Denyer. He married a Kathleen Florence Baker around September 1906 at Brighton Registration District.
“They had a child, Kathleen Denyer, born December 8, 1922. The address on the birth certificate at that time was 15 Humber Road.
“In 1922 there was a divorce between Percy Ingram Denyer, Kathleen Denyer and a William Edward Kenneth Peskett was cited in a divorce case for 1922. “On some census information a Lewes Road features, and we know that there is a Denyer funeral directors in Lewes Road, Brighton, and has been for some time. “I have contacted them, but unfortunately no records survive of the business that previously was Denyer.
They use their name for trading purposes now, but are owned by Sentiments.
“Any connection or information on the Denyers at all would be very much appreciated.”
