Firefighters were called out to help after the ceiling of a house in Eastbourne collapsed in the middle of the night.
The ceiling on the first floor of the property in Victoria Drive caved in at 1.30am while the occupants were asleep. A spokesman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "We pulled away what was left of the ceiling and made the area safe. No one was hurt."
