Police have made two arrests in connection with the racist abuse of a mother on a Brighton bus in front of her young children.
A 70-year-old man and 67-year-old woman from Brighton have been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress, following a police appeal in the media.
Police released CCTV images in the hope of identifying a man and woman wanted for racially abusing a Brighton woman of European appearance as she travelled with her 5 and 7-year-old children on the 81 bus on Monday June 14.
