A man has been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence after one of his employees died after falling through a skylight.
Shane Offer, 21, of Annweir Avenue, Lancing, was working on the roof of Rosebys store in the Peel Centre in Shripney Road, Bognor on June 2 last year when he fell through a skylight.
Southern Property Maintenance Limited managing director Richard James, 36, of First Avenue, Worthing is due to appear at Chichester Magistrates' Court on 24 September.
