Three members of the same family have been charged in connection to the brutal murder of a Brighton man.
The trio have been charged in connection with the murder and disposal of the body of Stefan Welch on Dyke golf course last weekend.
Sean Iran, 21, from St. Richards Road, Fishersgate, will appear at Brighton Magistrates Court on Monday charged with the murder of Stefan Welch and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
His father Babak Iran, 44, and his brother Navid Iran, 23, who both live at the same address, will also appear charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
