A police woman who warned a suspect that a search warrant may be executed has pleaded guilty to misconduct.

Grania Hale, 34 , was charged on 10 August with misconduct in public office.

Today she appeared before Maidstone Crown Court and pleaded guilty.

Grania Hale resigned from Sussex Police shortly after being charged. She had worked as a PC with the Neighbourhood Response Team at Haywards Heath.

She will be sentenced on November 18.
