With regard to the letter from Charles Foster (Letters, October 12), Brighton & Hove bus number 606 has been running for some years with Tommy Farr’s name on it. I am sure that if Mr. Foster writes to Brighton And Hove Bus Company suggesting Jack Arlidge’s name and giving the facts about him and his connection with Brighton and Hove, his suggestion will receive consideration.
In the past I have suggested names to the bus company and some of those names have appeared on buses, so they do take notice.
