A nine-year-old boy became hooked on drink as his family life spiralled out of control.
The schoolboy’s battle against addiction is revealed in a report on antisocial behaviour in Brighton and Hove.
He and his family terrorised neighbours in Moulsecoomb, Brighton, forcing some to move out.
The revelation comes as Brighton and Hove City Council rolls out its crackdown on antisocial behaviour.
Tom Scanlon, the director of public health for Brighton and Hove, said it was an unprecedented case.
He said: “To have a child that young with an alcohol problem is very serious. It reflects the problem that continues to exist in this city with alcohol.”
