Cocaine and cannabis has been discovered at an address in Crawley Down.
Four kilos of the Class A and B drugs were discovered by Sussex Police officers carrying out a search of the home in Hazel Way on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers also discovered a quantity of cash.
At this time no arrests have been made and investigations are continuing. Detective Inspector Russ Sheppard said: "This was a substantial seizure of drugs and cash. I would like to reassure the community that we carried out the drugs warrant acting on information received.
“These operations by Sussex Police should send out a message that the possession and supply of illegal drugs will not be tolerated in our communities.”
