A 55-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering his brother will not face prosecution, police have confirmed.
Philip Virgo was arrested and bailed after Tony Virgo, 53, was found dead at a flat in Chadborn Close, Brighton, on Monday.
Sussex Police have released the following statement: "A 55-year-old man, who was on bail on suspicion of murder, has been released today with no further action.
"A 53-year-old man who was found dead in a flat in Chadborn Close, Brighton on Monday, 7 March, has been formally identified as Anthony Virgo.
"Post-mortem results for Mr Virgo are inconclusive and further medical tests will now be carried out."
